Guanfacine (Intuniv)
- Dose range: 0.5mg - 7mg daily
- Titration: Start low, increase weekly
- Response rate: ~30% as first-line
Clonidine (Kapvay)
- Dose range: 0.1mg - 0.5mg daily
- Titration: Start low, increase weekly
- Note: Try if guanfacine ineffective
